The Problem
When Microsoft Office Excel is launched or running, you receive an error message: "Microsoft Office Excel has stopped working".
You are informed that: “A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.”

An “Add-in” is an installed functionality that adds custom commands and new features to Microsoft Office programs. When the Add-in is not compatible with Microsoft Office Excel, or it is out of date, problems will occur. By disabling the Add-ins one at a time, you can find the problematic Add-in and disable it or upgrade it.
