Installation

PC TuneUp Maestro supports the following:operating systems and software:

•	Windows® XP SP3

•	Windows Vista® SP2 (32 & 64 bit)

•	Windows® 7 (32 & 64 bit)

•	Windows® 8 (32 & 64 bit)

•	Windows® 10 (32 & 64 bit)

You need to have the following software:

•	Internet Explorer 6 or higher

You need to have the following minimum hardware requirements:

•	Intel Pentium III 500MHz or equivalent processor

•

512MB RAM

•	150MB free hard disk space

You will also need:

•	An active Internet connection for product registration, activation, and updates

To install the program you will need to perform the following steps.

1.	Double-click the PCTuneUpMaestro_setup file.

2.	The Setup Wizard appears. Read the instructions and click Next to continue.

3.	Read the license agreement and click I Agree to continue.

4.	You can select a destination folder by clicking Browse and locating a folder. Your other option is to accept the default destination and clicking the Next button to continue.

5.	You have the option to select which components you want to install. You can customize the components or choose to accept the recommended ones. Click Install to continue.

Installation Components

Component Name:	Description:
Create a desktop icon	This creates a desktop icon for launching the program.
Create a Quick Launch icon	This creates an icon located in the Quick Launch area of the taskbar. The Quick Launch area is found near to the "Start" button of your taskbar.
Create a scheduled scan	A Smart TuneUp scheduled scan is automatically created. You can modify this in the Options section.

If you did not install these components you can create an icon to one or both of the areas above by doing the following:

1.	Click the Start button, select Programs > CompuClever > CompuClever PC TuneUp Maestro.

2.	When the selection "PC TuneUp Maestro" is displayed, drag and drop the menu item to the area (desktop or Quick Launch bar).

6.	Click the Finish button.
