There are situations that arise when it is necessary to retrieve a system Error log in order to provide technical support pertaining to the specific issues you are experiencing with your computer.
PC TuneUp Maestro gathers information from error log files created by Windows. These logs consist of information organized in the following categories: Windows Operating System, Internet Explorer, and Errors, Events, and Notices for Applications. We require only the most recent errors.
No aspect of this information is specific to you or can be used to identify you.
|
Through inspection of the error data we can get in-depth insight into the circumstances related to system and application failures, which we then use to determine the cause of application and system instability.
